What is your return policy?

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help!

All purchases may be returned within 14 days. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All items must be returned with any original packaging, including any tags the item came with.

Please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • Worn items, washed items, or items damaged by customer will not be accepted for return.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

 

How do I start a Return?

  • We ask that if you wish to return an item purchased that you return the item using the same packaging that it was delivered with. All returns are subject to evaluation by Sand and Stone team.
  • When mailing a return:
    • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
    • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

Return types?

Return for an exchange:

  • We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).

Return for a refund:

  • Must be postmarked within 14 days of the original order date.

 

How long before my order ships?

All in-stock orders) are processed within 1-2 business days. Note: if you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.

 

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or the items within the order. But orders are cancelable for an hour after they are placed. You can either call us or email us.

 

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, and  Paypal.

 

What if you’re out of my size?

Usually if a size is out of stock, you will not be able to add an item to your shopping cart.  If we’re planning to restock your size, call us and we will help you on it.

 

What size should I buy?

In general, it is best to start with your regular size. If you’re not sure which size will work best for you, send us a note to our email for additional advice. And remember, if the fit doesn’t work out the first time we will be more than happy to exchange if it is in-stock.
